This beachside retreat at Flip Flop Latitudes in Sugar Beach Condominiums has everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway! With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there’s space for up to 6 guests to sleep, rinse off the sand, and get ready with ease. Enjoy ocean views from your private balcony, direct beach access, 4 (!) swimming pools to soak in, and an on-site snack stand to satisfy those midday “Little Treat” cravings.

★ABOUT THE HOME★
✔ 2 bedrooms + 1 sleeper sofa for up to 6 guests: In this home, you’ve got room for parents with the primary suite, kids (or loud snorers… you know who you are) with the second bedroom, and any early-risers or extra guests with the living room pull-out sofa bed.
✔ 2 full bathrooms: The ensuite is reserved for the lucky dwellers of the primary suite, but a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combo helps keep washing-up time to a minimum. Get the sand off of everybody in a jiff so you can get on to your dinner reservation!
✔ Balcony with ocean view: Soak up as much of the outdoors as you possibly can with your balcony–accessible from the living room and from the primary bedroom suite. Peek to the right to enjoy a view of the ocean!
✔ Direct beach access from complex: The sand is just a quick hop away with Sugar Beach’s direct path to the beach!
✔ 4 swimming pools: Oh yeah, you read that right. You’ve got 4 swimming pools to choose from while you’re here–two gulf-front, one just for kids, and one on a second-floor sun deck. We challenge you to take a dip in every single one.
✔ On-site snack stand: What’s better than a little treat on vacation? Hit up Sugar Beach’s snack stand for drinks, Dippin’ Dots, and more midday pick-me-ups.

Speaking of “household essentials,” every Grand Welcome Orange Beach & Perdido Key vacation home comes with a fully-stocked coffee and tea bar with several flavors and varieties to choose from. Tea + honey? Check. Hot chocolate? Check. Medium roast, black? You got it. Decaf, precisely 1.83 tablespoons of creamer, ⅛ teaspoon of Splenda, stirred for 37 seconds, and topped with one ice cube? Go for it. Whatever your tastes, you can start the day off right with the perfect cup.

★CLEANING & SANITIZATION★
While you’re on vacation, the last thing you want to do is worry about extra chores. All of our homes are thoroughly vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned after each stay, and we don’t skimp on the details. Our team sanitizes every nook and cranny, right down to the light switches and TV remotes. Dive into fresh linens, soak in freshly-scrubbed tubs, and enjoy sand-free floors from the moment your vacation begins!

★ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER★
We understand that accidents happen! A small fee will be included in all reservations to help account for spills, cracks, and other small accidents. If something breaks or gets stained during your stay, please let us know prior to checkout to avoid any additional fees and to help us ensure that your home is properly tidied up before the next guest arrives.

★NO SMOKING INSIDE★
We don’t want to totally rain on your parade, but we do need to ask that you refrain from smoking and vaping while you’re inside the home. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional charges for odor removal or furniture cleaning.

★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS★
We ask that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own. Please do not invite unauthorized guests or host large parties or events during your stay.
